Generally the post of other TIs and the methodology appears to include the family members of TIs.  Friends of TIs are coerced, bribed or lied to in order to solicit their participation.  The strategy is about inducing abnormal experiences and severe stress with the ultimate goal of presenting the TI as delusional generally in the direction of schizophrenia like symptoms.   Keep your cool boy!  The constant hits are to keep you on defense instead of offense.

Isolation and lack of trust in government is a major part of this disgusting strategy.  These pervs are cowards and really perverse.  I'm sorry to hear that your elderly mother may have been injured by these pervs.  There are law firms that deal exclusively with elder abuse in nursing homes.  They are personal injury attorneys - the fee contingent and based on damages.  Don't let this go.  I have been followed while visiting a friend in a nursing home and the guy at the front desk also participated making a statement that only my sister would have been able to provide.  In addition, while at the Dobbs Ferry Emergency Room the triage nurse and doctor both participated.  The doctor asked me if there was "something I wanted to tell him".  The triage nurse took another ahead of me even though I had arrived first and deliberately delayed me while I was waiting for the take home medication.  This hospital it just a few blocks from my home.  I was driven there and took a cab home.  In the cab there was a reference to "see this is Light" which referred to my spiritual orientation.  I was extremely ill.  It was a deliberate infliction of cruelty.    I strongly suspect, again in retrospect and based on other similar experiences, that the other patients in the waiting room were a part of this "perv group"

My Response:
You say YOU HAVE YOUR OWN LIFE AND THIS ORGANIZATION RESPECTS THAT.  But do you respect the lives of the people who are being stalked?  Ask your self that?  Do you respect their privacy, their right of "innocence until proven guilty" or the "concept of rule of law".  You indicate that you're 13 -- it might be time to learn to think for yourself?  And, then again maybe not. I do not know what group you belong too, but it saddens me that they "use" and in essence exploit children.  This is not law enforcement child - it is harassment that you are learning.

It may be meaningful to search Hitler Youth or Propaganda & Children during the Hitler years.  This crime has been referred to as “The Silent Holocaust”.  This is exploitation of children in criminal activity.  I have had many instances where children have been used to “taunt me” and teens to follow me.  One example was a visit to a friend at a nursing home.  The man at the desk made a statement used by my family to describe me.  The three teens stood at the end of the hall as my other X-friends and I waited for the elevator.  They just stood at the “L” of the hallway which is literally an MO of this group.  Seemingly everyday occurrence which happens regularly to a TI.  The idea that the target has something to hide is ludicrous.  Gang Stalking  is a violation of Constitutional, human and civil rights.  Gang Stalking and Psychological Harassment are deadly assaults.

The parents that participate in this are probably the same parents who text or use their cells with their children in the car.  They probably support MADD although texting and cellphone use while driving is actually more dangerous.  Hypocrisy?  

Some of the perps that have been active in this have literally used their children.  This is exploitation!    The elderly, minorities and other “society sensitives” are utilized as pervs - (name change)   

One woman who I refer to as mother of the “Jolt” actually came to my home blasting her horn in front of my house, cursing at me  stating that I could not tell her children where they could play.  She was yelling and cursing at me - her own daughter was telling her the “truth” during her rantings.    If her daughter told the truth in front of my home would she not have done the same at her home?  Why did Mother of the Jolt come to to my home blasting her horn?  My rule is 3X’s you’re out.  So when I responded in kind, she had the audacity to tell me not to curse in front of the children -- Yes, the children that she brought with her to “teach these skills”?   She also had a child in the car when she cut me off.    

I have experienced many instances of such abuses or exploitation of the use children.  This is exactly what that is.  Their use in gang stalking is hideous and as far as I am concerned, abuse of their children.  One statement I’ve read is that this “illegal harassment” is for protecting children.  What a load of ___________ fill in your own preference.

This child and his family lived in my community.  I had never previously met him or his mother.  Neither are on my “do over” list.  The little girl came to my home on Halloween sometime after the first incident.  An X-friend and I had done a lot to decorate for the occasion and enjoyed interacting/playing with our “invited” guests.  Since this invasion of the dark side, I have not welcomed neighbors or their children.  

This child/experience was not a coincidence.  This can be seen in retrospect and with regard to the whole.  There is a pattern that has been exhibited.  The first incident being a woman who I recognized who was tailgating and blasting her horn at me on the parkway.  I had my 82 year old mother in the car.  My mother is not a woman lacking in feistyness.  The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.  After the exit from the parkway,  I slammed on my brakes.  The Wacko with a Range Rover, pulled along side to my right.  This is when I saw she had a passenger up front and had a male child in the back seat.  I yelled at her and she ignored me.  This was not an incident I thought much about.  Wackos are a normal part of life.  Previous to this invasion I have simply been able to avoid and or ignore people that I don't find attractive.  My initial time line did not go back to this incident.  This was interesting because she pulled to my right and ignored my rantings at her.  In retrospect,  I wonder if there was a surveillance camera at the light that she knew about.  This would have presented me as the “wacko”.  The fact she had a child in the car is again indicative of part of this pattern.  The pervs provoke and harass the target and present the target as the cause.  This can be used to support the degrading themes that follow which can include children.  

Again, these are the skills these wackos are teaching their children.  This woman was/is involved in teaching young children?  Not someone I would choose for my children. I wouldn’t entrust her with a pet spider that was dead.

The “Return of The JOLT” or “The Apple Doesn’t Fall Far from the Tree”!

Outside and across the street from my home I was looking for a kitten that had been frightened by a neighbors dog.  It had run into the shrubs across the street.  I’m looking for the kitten and “The Jolt” just happens to show up.   This is true not creative license -- at the same time, my cat is coming across the street, following a skunk up the path to the tennis court (smart cat).  The JOLT jolts me stating to keep that stupid cat away from him.  He stated that everyone thought I was crazy and really stupid or some such rhetoric that had been a rally cry of the neighborhood “Dodo Squad”. Something The Jolt, no doubt, learned of himself?  NOT!  My cat “ain’t stupid” he followed the skunk.  The cat preferred the smell of the skunk to the “The Jolt”!  Didn’t I say this wasn’t a do over - eh!  So how this this happen again?  This was not a coincidence.  Within the context of my whole time line this is a clear pattern of the harassment.

This was followed my other incidents attached to “The Jolt”.  It included “street theater” at the local Dobbs Ferry Post Office which included a statement made by a woman who had presumably cut herself and stated “see this is blood”.  This was a reference to A Course In Miracles.  This too may have been indicative of the Religious Right element of this harassment and their opposition to ACIM.  There was also a screaming - non- stop - kid - not a child - at the post office.  This same woman stated that it must be difficult having a child like that.  Empathy, yes.  Responsibility, no. 

I do know my friends were out front leaving and being abnormally loud and here comes “The Jolt”.  I do not know who made a connection with me and my life style to this kid.  I do, again in retrospect, know a connection was made.  I also suspect the Religious Right or perhaps a “Family Values” mentality which I do not share.  

Backing out of my driveway, out of nowhere, a woman hits my car alerting me of her presence.  I can only assume she was on the side of the SUV in the driveway next door.  I was concerned and apologetic because I could have hit her.  At the same time “The Jolt” is walking past on the other side of the street.  In retrospect this was staged and was harassment.  The type of harassment that was literally brought to my home and even my front door. 

The use of children is exploitation.  Reference had been made concerning a civil action.  This can possibly involve a civil action created and directed at me.  Again, exploitation.  What is it about -- protect the children.  NO - absolutely not.  It is subterfuge to it’s real purpose.... hindering prosecution, abuse of power, vengeance.

My situation followed the format of organized harassment -  exactly.  The first step is to identify the target as “the problem”.  This includes having emotional problems or being identified as a threat.  Actions of harassment took place in the rear of my home which brought me to the front.  Infinite trespass and attempts of tresspas on my private property.  The pervs not stopping when so directed.  Ghosting which is movement of items in my yard, trespass.  Entry to my home, boiler room and car. The strategy is constant, tiny hits not meant to create physical damage, but non-ending harassment of a “regular person”.  The harassment hasn’t stopped.  It follows me wherever I go in the County.  Some has been meant to intimidate me.

This would include two men standing in the meat department of a local supermarket -- just standing there.  They are likely affiliated with the “just standing there” element of this assault.  On line at a local green house a man standing behind me with a "dead" tomato (?) plant.  Screaming outside my home at 3:00 A.M. -- mimicking me saying “I’m going to sue” - a statement I made inside my home - followed by profanity.  Numerous other verbal statements that I was in danger have been made by people I know.  I’ve been in the blessed state of “disassociation” and detachment.  Again, normally my way has been to ignore these types of people - unattractive mentalities.  This was an experience of mobbing which disabled me to the point of not being able to function enough to remove myself.  The idea that a person can not live in their own home, in our country, is one that needs reflection.  The illegal surveillance and other types of incomprehensible “gadgets” that are available to use in harassment of regular citizens is a hideous thought and  a “unbelievable assault”.

It is the mob that are the criminals not the person who has been targeted.  When I look at this without emotion I literally see a comedy.  A woman and her cat and literally 1,000+ idiots joined to assault her.  These people are sick, they are cowards, they live in a world shrouded by darkness and ignorance.

You’re comment about this (Organized Harassment) being unbelievable is precisely one of the reasons that makes the strategy so effective.  Why I personally have been targeted can be attributed to several of the “popular” causes.  What is the relevance of cause?  Perhaps to attribute a justification?  There is none...period.  This is a cruel, relentless and ruthless assault upon an individual.  The people involved are criminals no matter what labels or hats they wear.

In addition, I had a member of a group identified as a hate group by both the FBI and Southern Poverty Law Center actually come to my home approximately 5 years ago.  I just received an Email from the Southern Poverty Law Center where this group was identified and is operating in the NY area along with more than 20 other “hate groups”.  Thus my situation can now accurately be defined as a “hate crime”. 

The question is no longer the existence of this crime, there are simply too many intelligent, rational people coming forward.  Who is responsible is the question.  Perhaps _____________________ you may want to join targets in rallying our government for this answer?

It is organized crime.  It is in fact premeditated murder.  The stats indicate that 2% of targets die mostly by suicide.  I do not believe this is accurate simply because of the isolation that is a direct results of the methodology employed to create isolation and induce psychological trauma. Subsequently and because of this covert assault, the target is identified as having emotional problems/depression, as being a loner and other manifestations which makes their death appear to be simply a natural consequence of an “””unhappy”””” life.   Or, maybe the target dies from a heart attack or stroke.  Already isolated no one is aware of the severe stress that had precipitated their death.  Plus, add the additional administration of Directed Electronic Weapons, possible poisoning and other “surreal” tactics to a “ordinary person’s” life -- and it is destruction.  It is so shocking and traumatic it causes a form of “action paralysis” or “tortured person syndrome”. 

This is a crime of anarchy and terrorism.  What better way to corrode trust in our true Justice System and our Country’s Foundation - The Constitution - than by creating mistrust from within.  This, of course, makes us more vulnerable, as a divided nation, to assault.  Each target that has been thus effected touches numerous others, chipping away at the peoples’ trust in government and rule of law/JUSTICE.  This crime is often referred to as “death by 1,000 blows”.  Perhaps it is “terrorism by 1,000 blows?”

Targets:

This is illegal activity.  This is not how a lawful investigation is conducted.  Many many laws are being broken.  It is literally emotional torture as defined by our Constitution.  Who is responsible is a question that must be answered by our Government.  Our Government’s integrity is on the line.

Keep a time line, get plate numbers, videos and trust your instincts.  You can tell when its a perv holding a cellphone or mimicking you.  And, if your wrong -- so what.  Most of the time you will be right.  Take pictures too.  A tape or combination recorder is also helpful for “Directed Communications”.  It’s law enforcement's responsibility to find out/investigate.

TI’s are entitled to protection under the law.  This is not debatable. It’s still difficult for me to call the police for certain trespasses -- partially because I have simply lost a normal emotional base.  The violation has become normal -- and my emotional foundation is now abnormal and severely damaged.  I call my self a rape victim - and it is severe emotional rape -- gang rape.  A gang rape that has lasted years.  My ability to act is limited.  My efforts to retain legal counsel and support has been subjugated perhaps with the idea of an investigation often preceding my efforts in this direction.  One attorney told me point blank that he “could not speak with me”.  Is this constitutional.? My Constitutional Rights have been deleted by what means of rule of law?   In this investigation the battering still continues with the inference of bigotry attributable to form instead of mentality.  I do not relate to the nature of this definition of prejudice since I have always understood its meaning to be one of intolerance, ignorance and stupidity.  This is what has invaded my life, regardless of the hats they wear.  I join with people based on mentality not physical form or resume.  Thus, I perceive this assault as simply a continued effort to cause harm.

This situation has changed me in a manner that can not be comprehended by anyone but myself.  It has literally been an unimaginable violation  My world view has been completely altered.   I do not know if I will ever wholeheartedly trust anyone again.  I have a tremendous resource of people I have known and have called friend.  I have not brought anyone into my life because of this horrific human rights violation has permeated my privacy.  Even my Facebook account has been used to manipulate me psychologically.  I have, like my X-friends, chosen to withdraw.  No one has this right.

Your first paragraph says it all -- just what I thought -- and were was this bomb located?   I had received info from ACLU on the plans for the full body scanner.  I sent out Twitters -- Grandma naked at the airport - this was several months ago.  What company manufactures these scanners?   Or, who will benefit by this new "fear tactic" and another assault on the dignity & rights of the American people in the name of "terrorism"?

After the shock of 9/11 one of the first thoughts that came to my mind when I saw the building collapse was "How did they fall that way?".   I'm not an engineer, but they fell exactly the way a planned demolition would?  I said to myself "HOW DID THEY DO THAT?".  911Truth is asking that question with engineers who are experts.  Again, the question is Who benefited from this?  This was a trauma that affected not only Americans but the world.  Our focus has been outside out borders when they need be within.  The 9/11 operatives where already living in the U.S.?

This alleged war on terrorism has eroded so much of what our country stands for - Where is America?  Just a handful of corporations now control the media, banking, etc.  What happened to monopoly laws which are a part of the capitalist system and usury laws as they directly relate to the banking industry.  I said I'd rather go to a loan shark - at least they are honest about their dishonesty. 

This assault on Obama comes from those directly responsible for the state of affairs - - If Obama's administration is responsible for the "underpants bomber" -- hey then Bush is responsible for 9/11 -- what an interesting thought?   Who benefited from 9/11.  That is the question.  And, where were exactly were those weapons of mass destruction?

I'm a TI in Dobbs Ferry New York -- who feels like she was abducted and taken to a parallel universe.   It is a universe of "quilty until proven innocent", is is a universe without normal human and civil rights, it is a universe of 24/7 surveillance and other atrocities that a life long resident (60 going on 12) of Westchester County, New York could never believe existed.   I could not "believe it until it happened to me" - this is a statement made by another TI and very much describes the situation that 1,000s of Americans are experiencing.

This is not the Westchester that I have known all my life.  Knowledge of this would not be acceptable to most residents of this county -- so close to NYC - it's skewed toward the liberal.

The articles indicate that these groups are recruited by the passing of smear from one extremist group to another.  TI's are foreshadowed -- but I've gone in person -- and experienced reactions to ME vs. the untruths that had come before me.

I do not agree that this is "government".  I do believe it is fractions within our government -- like the movie "There Will Be Blood" and a clean out needs to occur and will.  It is difficult to comprehend the number of people involved and it is frightening to consider the stupidity with which they function/follow.  My perps come in all sizes, shapes, colors and religions. TI's appear, as well, to cross all demographics labels.

Organizational Development 101 -- the crap always starts at the top.  Obama inherited one major load.  Thank God he's twice as smart as most of the Dodo Squad.  War is a business and so is the concept of terrorism.  I would much prefer an emphasis on solar power, legalization of marijuana and a complete separation of church and state (like same sex marriage - who you love is no one's business).  The Religious Right may be a part of my situation.  They hit on Oprah and others that share my spiritual orientation.  They use black balling and smear as do all the others that can not stand on merit!  If this is correct, is this functioning in the political arena?  Does this not require that they lose their tax exempt status?  I would vote for that!!!!

I went to the FBI and met in the hallway with secret secret agent X (no name) and agent W.  They wanted to talk -- I simply could not.  It is impossible for me to address this assault in it totality.  Maintaining detachment is required - it was/is simply too much.  I have stress induced asthma.  When I allow myself to think about this nightmare, in it's totality, I can not breathe.  A breakdown on this foundation of depletion/rape would be my death -- I have different plans for leaving the "parallel universe".  I mentioned to the agents that the FBI is being blamed for this atrocity and I wouldn't want to be blamed.  Agent W said they didn't have that many agents.  (Good answer!)


 What is the value of this depravity!  Blaming the FBI is another hit on the True Justice System, rule of law and works toward diminishing the people's trust in government.  I've referred to the situation as anarchy.  Again the question is, "who is to gain?" In my view, neither the people of this country or the government.  I have had concern for Obama and even for Oprah  -- like with other "intelligent" movers/shakers - The Kennedy brothers, Martin Luther King, Lincoln, John Lennon -- .  This state of affairs has been building for some time and  needless to say, Obama can not do it alone!  (He needs Marcus, The Cat!)

Create positive change, restore the Constitution and eliminate the corruption that apparently is a dark cornerstone of our American foundation.  I also wholeheartedly believe, awareness is prevention.  Awareness of the totality of corruption, abuse of power is an assault on us, on America and Americans.    Holding the corporations, municipalities, states accountable for the activities of their employees and gaining the support of human rights and civil liberty groups would certainly help.  Organized harassment is defined as a hate crime w/o the "normal label" for the targets.  In essence, creating a unified effort toward restoring The Constitution, True Justice and the rule of law.   Trusting that most Americans will work in this direction, because very simply, in one way or another most Americans are being injured by this assault..  We must protect our whistle blowers and give up that "school yard" notion about "tattle tales".   A bully is a bully and simply doesn't care about your rights and liberties.

What does Obama or any president really know.  Like this crime, the president is presented with information.  Those presenting it are presented with information and so it goes until the facts/truth is obscured by layers of misinformation like the childhood game of telephone.

The other thought I've had, concerning the use of minorities, is this keeps the focus dispersed within the normal Human Rights and Civil Liberty groups.  Conversely, minorities are also targets.  Their use as "perps" is also damaging.  The target is often foreshadowed and identified as a person who is a bigot, hence eliminating both support and focus on the actual crime.  I have even been foreshadowed within the TI community.  This, of course, is just another hit on a TI's normalcy/privacy/civil liberties, etc., etc., etc. etc.  contributing to the target's dysfunction.

Who is responsible?  Our government's integrity is on the line.  This situation with the "underpants bomber" really doesn't help.  I've always said you may hurt a person with the truth, but you damage them with lies.  The witness to this is disheartened, a good adjective to loosing faith.  On the bright side of the news -- I wholeheartedly believe that the rotten apples are much much less than those who can make a positive difference.  Here too the truth delivered to them is often misinformation/white washed, etc.  Like the targets being presented as delusional or smeared in other ways simply as a means to discredit and invalidate the crime.

CVS is a place for the Dodo Squad to gather while following me and even getting there before me.  I literally can not go out without "street theater".   I have often had that burning and a talcum powder taste in and around my mouth.  Several times it appeared to be attached to cigarettes, including now.  I've found white powder on my car a couple of times.  I have petted my cat, who apparently had something abnormal on his coat, and have had the same result.  My buddy has had more baths this year than in a lifetime.  Cats do not normally get baths.  I have had other physical stuff too. The people involved in this are sickos -- plain and simple!  Disgust - repulsion are good adjectives.  One strategy is to keep the target focused on all the "hits" both maintaining and increasing the disability.

YO Fellow Enemies of The STATE?
And Members of the Witness Disappearance Program (I liked that one!@!!)

One of the articles mentions that the "psych ops brigade" hangs out in stores.  That has been my experience, but this is also because this is "The Life".  Verizon has had employees give me what I refer to as "the sign of the cell" -- Phones/cell phones were part of the early sensitization process I had experienced.  There's more here, but not for the record, YET!

Keep taking those plate numbers -- Some of my experiences have included, as I'm mailing my school tax -- a plate at the PO with the word  "tax" in the number.  The woman driving this car asked me to deliver her tax payment inside.  I did.  I've had other similar plate experiences.  This car was parked in front of the post office as I arrived.  I had my own tax payment in hand which implies __________________ fill in the blank .

I now believe that John Nash was NOT schizophrenic HE WAS GANG STALKED -- this will go down in the history books too!!  Bill Crosby quote - if you can laugh at a situation, no matter how disabling, you will survive it.

They are working to disable targets -- keep you focused on the everyday "hits" -- "death by 1,000 hits" -- I prefer "terrorism by 1,000 hits" so that you're not focused on what you can do to take action -- gain advocacy support  - kept the word out to the non TI community -- keep targets overwhelmed and thus disabled.  My Twitter and Facebook have been corrupted too.  I use Twitter to send people to various web sites.

I've had my computer diverted to "Have Fun Working for the FBI" and I've gotten those "John Nash like messages from what looks like my TV but it could be a TV look alike from "Central Casting" -- Central Casting is another part of my story.   News commercials saying "Governor Patterson is going to have a word banned" -- but the story isn't on the news (HOW DO THEY DO THIS?)  On the radio, after sending an email to a friend and possible ally (character and integrity) concerning this stuff I hear on the radio "Don't expect a response to your email."  Fortunately, this was before my crash and I had a friend who had heard it !  That it would be specifically geared to this situation wasn't digestible.  It was a question or possibility along with other stuff!!!  Now I'd be able to deal with it, because I know it's just an illusion or am I'm going "NASH" -- I like that expression too!!!!  Going NASH!  "The Cat" is even starting to speak -- THIS IS A JOKE - about the cat -- but given the experiences I have had it really wouldn't surprise me.  The difficulty is with the fact that the assaults are not obvious to onlookers and targets have been sensitized and in my case isolated.  Like delays - at the point of sales the target might experience something as simple as the past three stores there have been difficulties aka delays caused by the same type of thing -  reading a bar code on the product purchased. Only the target sees the abnormality, seemingly normal everyday occurrences which ARE NOT NORMAL AND ARE MAJOR HUMAN RIGHTS AND CIVIL LIBERTY VIOLATIONS.  A target can go on and on and on - and that's the point -- stay focused on the problem - not the solution.

The "burn" function is missing from my Mac in the Finder -- this coincided with the replacement of my Verizon Modem for DSL (interesting or am I Nashing?)  I had to recently replace another modem and this simply required connection to the existing wires.  This other had software disks and I AM NOT TECHY!  I can't backup some of my stuff but most is.  I do have another option which I need to relearn.  I'm looking at "PURE INSANITY" - IN THE PARALLEL UNIVERSE!

Organized Harassment is a Hate Crime.  Targets cross all labels.  I am a white woman, 60 who has lived in my home for 32 years.  There are many others who are screaming for help.  We are foreshadowed and literally under 24/7 surveillance.  Our telephone calls are often diverted as are our email communications.  My site has other good sources that present an excellent overview of this crime.  In my case, much of the harassment has used minority members. Thus, this is a crime directed toward them as well.  This is only one of the degrading themes that has been presented.  Apparently this is used to pass the smear from one extremist group to another.  Two of my best X-friends were gay and lost in their use in this horrid strategy.  Even my only sister.  As a target, I was utterly overwhelmed by this assault.  It came from so many directions w/so many derogatory innuendos/themes/street theater.  My situation also appears to include a Religious Right emphasis.  I am a long time student of A Course In Miracles.  Oprah, and her presentation of "The Awakening" received a tremendous assault from the RR.  There are 1,000s of people, in this country, screaming for help.  One target statement presents the situation accurately "He would have never believed it until it happened to him."  I could not believe it while it was happening to me.  This has caused a 3 year disability, morbid obesity, loss of family and friends and other serious issues.  I have not been able to retain the services of an attorney, even my requests to the Bars had gone w/o referral.  My letter to the State Attorney General received a response that he was "sorry for my difficulty".  This phrase was mimicked by an attorney friend when I requested his assistance.  It is as though my every move is being manipulated/black balled and has some element of this violation.  I live in Dobbs Ferry, NY and literally every where I travel in Westchester County I am mimicked (nose holding),(my response to) hands on cellphones in cars (illegal in NYS) or fist to ear. Again, I am being foreshadowed.  This is part of the strategy and there are many consistencies presented by the many targets who are both intelligent and NOT YET over the edge.  Please help.  Again, my phone calls are frequently diverted.  NO ONE SHOULD HAVE AN EXPERIENCE LIKE THIS.

YO Members of the Nash Club or whatever works for ya!

The ads at my site have had that type of advertising  - constant battering of things meant to wear down a target - truth has no bearing just Psych Ops 101.   On Christmas Eve two days before the hospital incident,  a woman, not a part of this diverse gathering came in stood behind me and left.  She was Black.  One of my X-friends (who happens to be gay) asked why didn't I say hello to her.  How dare you is how I felt and at the same time already overwhelmed, disappointed in friends that participated and wouldn't tell me what was going on.  Using my friends (X) was part of the sensitization process.  This is the attachment of "hurtful experiences" to a specific sensor.   This was just one part of  of the emotional battering -- constant hits of shocks - degrading theme after degrading theme.  I've had diverted calls which has included Verizon with Ms. Coon answering the phone.  Locally at a Pizza place, someone who was allegedly named Felix (like in cat?) asked me if Blacks can be "I"talian - I needed an attorney - Mr. Black was suggested - on and on and on - by multiple perpetrators - just enough to let you know of their participation.  A hit on a target's trust - contributing to withdrawal and isolation.  "Oh she's depressed, she never goes out - doesn't have any friends -- blah, blah, blah."  When I realized this was going on, I stopped contacting people that I know.  There were references to other "degrading themes" this is referred to in the articles at the Psychological Harassment web site at my web site.  It followed the same process of sensitization.  It's a constant battering of Psych Ops -- a search for a target's triggers -- keep focused on them (defense of infinite smears to one's identity along with the foreshadowing presented to possible support/allies).  WHO EVER 'THEY' ARE CAN ---------- (READ BETWEEN THE LINES).  I now strongly suspect that some of my early efforts in retaining an attorney had been diverted and/or foreshadowed, thus the odd communications.  Even letters to the NYC and NYS Bars didn't provide a referral?
I started recording my telephone calls and brought my tape recorder with me.  So I do have "evidence".  With my computer I can take photos of the diverted websites....  With the ability to disassociate my focus is on "evidence". .. not the "Dodo Club" and their assaults.  The bright side of the news is that I do have witnesses and I perceive a strong basis for litigation.  Damages = 3 year disability, morbid obesity (I'm cloning), alienation of affection, defamation of character, human and civil rights violations and last but not least pre-meditated murder.  I have absolutely no doubt that people have died from this repulsive strategy.

EVIDENCE.  The "yes/no" "stop/go" is to induce obsession. Perhaps to limit efforts in recording the incidents or energy away from getting the word out to the mainstream.

With regard to personal injury, it is not required to be physical.  This is called Psychological Harassment - this is the nature of the crime.  It is what it is.  The injury is psychological and can be more disabling and enduring than a physical injury.  Post Traumatic Stress, depression, inability to function at a normal level, changes in one's world view, etc., etc., etc. 


With regard to corruption and the idea of a covert network that has agents within law enforcement this was presented in the movie "Their Will Be Blood" with regard to illegal drugs.  A true story.  2% I think that was Glenn Greenwald's estimate for "rotten apples".  Conversely, look at a standard deviation curve from the perspective of psychological statistics -- within any given population -- not just law enforcement.  It's not "law enforcement" it's not "government"  it is members of these groups -- and the "code of the brotherhood" or the school yard rule forbidding tattletales applicable to protecting bullies, corruption, wrong doing and thus perpetuating the status quo.

Yo Nashers,

Yes, -- burn function is whited out -- Do you have a Mac?  How does one get it to come back --

Evidence?  What's the procedure with this?  It is the obligation of law enforcement to investigate all harassment complaints?  Doesn't law enforcement need to collect the evidence/  To question neighbors, witnesses and follow leads.  Remember it's Psych Ops -- and part of the psych ops is to mislead targets -- "there's nothing you can do"  Horse ding -- no - elephant ding!   If this is not done, a TI's rights are not protected, is there not recourse with the appropriate civil entities.  In my case, it started with where I live and moved from there to where ever I go in Westchester County.  Again, sign of cell (fist to ear), stalking, directed communications, mimicking, etc., etc.  It is harassment and each person is entitled to protection.  Questioning would include people who's plate numbers a TI has gathered.  In my case it included neighbors mobbing/harassment, police being in place either before or immediately after my arrival, my friends, -- sensitization generally with various minority members  There are witnesses.  The best advice was to keep a time line and trust my instincts.  It is understanding the crime is not mainstream -- it's psychological - AND THAT'S WHAT IT IS.  It takes at least a rudimentary  knowledge/understanding of  psychology and  "Pavlov's Dog".  "Seemingly everyday occurrences - NOT!"  The experience I have had implies it was extremely well planned.  Starting with identifying the target as a "threat" or as "having mental problems" -- but in fact these situations were orchestrated to make the target, me, appear  that  way.

Don't listen to those people who say it's difficult to prove.  It's not "government".  It is an assault on "government"  the American Justice System, Rule of Law, our country's integrity.  It is about abuse of power, corruption, hindering prosecution (look up whistle blowers), the "good old boys", possibly "The MOB" or other illicit factors, vengeance,  Moyer called it the Parallel Universe too and I've heard it referred to as the "Shadow Government".  It does not benefit our country or our "true government"!  We don't know!  The bottom line is "why would they (government) be even remotely interested in me.  As a whistle blower, perhaps? but, that would have evolved.  I was literally clueless and prefer that state of mind.

I haven't been able to access a U-tube video that I had been sending people to.  The
TI is just an ordinary person.  So this just doesn't make sense from such a broad scale and  tremendous expenditure of money.

So what are we going to do?  That is the question.


First, the important thing that I learned is that it took me a couple of years to get to where I am now.  Patrick Henry:  Give me liberty or give me death?  Yikes, but "I'll be back? " Arnie baby.   The assault on normalcy simply hasn't ended

A couple of hours ago  I came back from the good old A&P.  In route there is a police car w/flashing lights parked off the parkway -- normal for me in one form or another -- a helicopter was over head earlier  --  at the meat  aisle where I'm heading are a woman w/her  daughter.  The  woman,  probably the parent,  is on a  cell.  I'm doing my thing - I go around the corner, out of site.  I observe the girl peaking around to see where I am.  I saw her behave this way several time.  I mosey back to the meat counter -- with cell in hand -- I pretend to speak to someone admonishing the stupidity of the parents that teach their children these skills.  Of course, they wouldn't think I was talking about them unless of course they are gang stalkers.  I've seen a lot of gang stalkers who appear to be woman with children.  That's pathetic!

I go to check out.  The cashier who I have never met tells me I'm intelligent.  Not normal everyday cashier to customer chat.  Just a reverse form of mimicking.  (Even though I certainly exude intelligence when I'm not in Dr. Suess mode.) Here we go -- can't read bar code (yet again) and the need to put my card through twice (frequent apparent everyday occurrence -- NOT).  Sitting on a bench, looking rather uncomfortable is a young Black woman -- fidgeting with cell phone.  Watching me with over interest.

I went through a sensitization processes with cellphones, blowers, my car, trespass on my private property, blocking of my car and my cat.  I have this documented.  This is meant to drive the target to project their anger on a given target/anchor.  (Anchors:  Latinos, Asians, Blacks and the elderly?)  This is also know as displacement of anger.  Which given that this is rape and not simple anger it would be a displacement of rage.  One of the sites that I have linked at my web site (rosieandthecat) gives a good example of this.  It sicko psych ops.  It is what it is - and it is harassment - it is meant to cause harm - it is organized and methodical. 

How is this different from verbal sexual harassment in the workplace?  What is the required proof in this a sexual harassment situation?  This is a rape of an individual's life - joy - peace - comfort - It is debilitating - it causes illness/disease and death -- etc., etc., etc.  So "Bat" what's the point?  Verbal sexual harassment is not a physical assault.  What is difficult is for  a target to reach the point of strength to be able to assert one's basic human and civil rights.  This too is more difficult because of the constant foreshadowing and/or diverted phone calls to those that might be of assistance.

What ideas....My main need is support -- I had contacted a group that filmed stuff - - Vic's school is Columbia, mine is NYU --- maybe through a university's journalism program?  (Just came up with that one.)  Not a bad idea -- contact some of the schools of journalism -- they can take up where the mainstream media isn't?  Brainstorm....

Not in denial about DEW (is this the same as electronic harassment?) -- in the beginning  it was small things like my stereo volume adjusting by itself -- up or down.  The volume number went up or down, as if adjusted by remote control.  I have one witness to this.   My dining room track lighting out (now working without repair),  small appliances, my TV remote, my computer and my body.  A few days ago my relatively new oil burner shut down.  The explanations provided were not rational.  I've had regular ringing in both my ears, extreme fatigue (apparently induced perhaps to keep me from participating in an activity), abnormal smells outdoors, talcum taste and forced waking.

I was wakening every morning at exactly 4:00 AM. Often times, my cat was the vehicle -- I've learned to distinguish his abnormal behavior. I do not know what is used to illicit this response in him.  I do know it is abnormal and induced.  It has been induced many times and it is abuse to both him and me.   During these early wake ups there was often “street theater” outside.  Once putting the trash out front a car pulled up 4 or 5 feet from me with lights on.   Early morning, last week there was a person in a white shirt who walked to the front of my driveway, turned around and walked off.  This same morning there was a limo with one maybe two men parked across the street directly opposite my home.  I went to get my camera and they left. (Illegal Surveillance inside my home?) This same morning another person walking a dog just past my home and returning to "where ever the creatures from the dark side live”.  This type of seeming normal, abnormal activity has been going on for at least two years, along with other methodology indicated in the articles.  

This morning I woke up to "one of those" headaches -- I do not get headaches.  These are abnormal headaches -- the duration has been generally short - similar experiences have included the swelling of my glands and mouth, sharp pains to my heart or arm, etc., etc., etc.  These experiences are generally piggybacked to the various anchors that live/visit in and around my home.  This morning with the headache came a police car driving down a near by road with sirens on, an anchor cleaning off a car and a Dobbs Ferry village sanitation truck.  This DEW or Electronic Harassments are major civil liberty, human rights and Constitutional Rights violations.  These are shocks/traumas to a "regular person".  These abuses have been attached again and again to anchors -- purpose to have the target go ballistic on an anchor.  These violations again are not anger -- but, given a normal target, presented with this atrocity for years, would present a rage response -- as in "gang rape" or "torture".  As you know part of the strategy has been the idea "concept" that normal legal recourse is not available -- ah ha!  The lack of trust, like the other aspects of this strategy, has been induced -- to create the idea of paranoia.  

Two years or so ago -- I had absolutely no knowledge of the existence any of this insanity.  One of my favorite statements is that "ignorance is bliss" and for me this statement applies to all that this ugliness has brought into my life.   I was kidnapped and literally brought into a world and mentalities that I had been blissfully ignorant of.

I read that a percentage of our population has been targeted.  I am not a journalist nor was I a political activist -- I recently heard that one of the terrorists stated that "America is run by corporations".  Ah Ha!!!!  Now if a target were to say it's the corporations we become linked to the terrorists?  Ah Ha!!!!!!  I say follow the money or who benefits by this.  It's not me and my cat -- unless he's wearing a costume.  I have referred to him as a terrorist -- oops!  It's not the American people who benefit.  Not too long ago, I think it was a member Multi Stalking Victims Organization mentioned the New World Order -- at that time, way too "out there" like the idea of electronic harassment and/or DEW.

I do know that one of the anchors is a member of a religious group that battered Oprah's presentation of "The Awakening".  I have received much information concerning the "Right's'" (not right for me!) efforts and the means utilized, including foreshadowing and smear.  I see a pattern.   I do know that two of by X-best friends are gay.  I do know that the "smear" has included children and most of the other degrading themes.  I suspect the use of these "society sensitive groups" is a means to eliminate the normal sources of support.  It's not about government!  It is about and has obviously been about destroying Human Rights under our Constitution -- our foundation and the rule of law.  It is about anarchy and the use of "smear" to justify this unjustifiable hideous illegal activity.  The target who said "it's unbelievable until it happens to you" is partly correct.  For me it is unbelievable while it was happening to me.  It's my belief that the further away a specific target's life experiences has been from these areas the more injurious is the experience.  Part of the strategy has included and includes turning the tables around by attributing cause to the target.  

Keep contacting the ACLU, Center for Constitutional Rights and other Human Rights groups along with traditional law enforcement - FBI/DOJ.  In most cases, if not all, I have been foreshadowed.

I agree - subterfuge - I've been saying that from the beginning as it related to my immediate situation as a whistle blower.  Keep America focused on "terrorism outside" and ignore the abuse of power, corruption and other atrocities that have actually created this.   Diversion of focus to the manifestation vs. the cause.  911 Truth has 1,000 engineers and architects making the statement that 911 was an inside job.  Where has our focus been and what has happened since 911 to our country?  Our Constitution?  The Human and Civil Rights of AMERICANS?  Awareness is Prevention.  Lack of truth is damaging to the trust Americans have in government (or any relationship).  What has happened to the media and their role?

Nightmare is what I've been calling it too!  Perversion - the people responsible are perverts!  Add this to cowards -- YIKES!!!!

I agree with Vic, the need to get over the name insanity labels directed at TIs and simply be full fledged whistle blowers.  We're not the perverts -- change the label from perps to pervs -- they are.  They are criminals in breach of human rights, civil liberty and Constitutional LAW.


Today I thought about the school yard bully and the rule of the school yard not to "tattle tale" and I wondered if they can think about it from this perspective

 -- if someone asks you to cover / lie for them, they don't care about you -- not a brother -- but someone who is willing to harm another in order to protect them selves. 


I also thought about how my car was entered -- I had a light bulb moment when I saw an "On Star" commercial.  When my car was delivered one of the keys was missing.  When I purchased a second key it was coded at the dealership - numbers.  I also asked the dealership how someone could get a key.  I was told that they could not.  It didn't make sense that many people had my coded key.  But, On Star does make sense.   Like the taste of talcum and the burning and other physical stuff -- it simply didn't make sense that each item was corrupted.  But inducing paranoia is part of the strategy.  Gassing through my mail slot, powder on my clothes made sense.  Touch and biting my nails.  I don't know how DEW or EH works.  What Vic mentions is mentioned by many TIs.  I have had that same exhaustion generally attached to a planned activity, most specifically going to a "tea party" and handing out flyers.  I like naps, but this is a different experience of exhaustion -- like the headaches which I never had previously.  I also found powder on my car several times and in my home before adding a padlock to my front door. 


There also appears to be a pattern of attachment.  In my isolation, part of the strategy,  I talk out loud to myself a lot.  I also vent my rage about this RAPE of what was my life. This I have to stop. Remember it's a -  step by hideous step - strategy to cause harm.  Like Patrick Henry said:  Give me liberty or give me death.  This is simply a slow death.  Does a person ever recover.  No.  Recovery implies being where you were before this began or in a better place.  This is ugly.  It causes unrecoverable damage to a regular person.


I have also recognized patterns of attachment.  More emotional manipulation.  I'm not normal.  My focus is not on emotion but on analysis - observation -- documenting patterns and MOs.  I have not consented to share myself -- thus another aspect of the RAPE.

I'm going to change the name of perps to pervs.  This experience literally falls within the criteria of psychological torture as defined by our Constitution which I use to believe was the LAW. Our Constitution has lost is value -- how sad it that
