The first picture was taken on February 26 or 27, 2010 -- The second a couple of days ago (May 2010).

The swelling was extreme and went away on it's own as have many other physical inflictions of this abnormal nature.  In my situation, the physical assaults have been combined with emotional abuse and attached to what is referred to as "anchors".  These "anchors" have followed the "process of sensitization".

During the recent blizzard,  I was out front cleaning off my car.  I walked toward my front door and viewed the use of a DEW in my side yard.  What I witnessed just above the ground can best be described as lightening.  The “Youtube” video depicts this accurately.   I screamed out loud.  In addition to their use by law enforcement, it appears that these weapons can be acquired by anyone.  I do not know who was responsible for this assault.  It was the most blatant of the many many physical assaults upon my person. 

Walls do not stop electronic harassments or DEW.  The following day the right side of my face was completely swollen.  This injury was inflicted upon me, an ordinary citizen, at my home.  

There are literally 1,000s of ordinary American Citizens being so terrorized/tortured under many headings including Whistle Blowers, Organized Harassment, Gang Stalking and more.  The experience of “Organized Harassment” in and of itself can be lethal and at the very least creates severe, possibly permanent, emotional disability.  It’s purpose is covert murder.  This covert crime has invaded every aspect of my life including the sanctity of my home.  This hideous assault has included illegal surveillance, trespass, entry to my home, stalking and other atrocities.  

Targets have been screaming for help and their cries have been defined as delusional.  They are brushed off by normal channels of assistance.  It appears this is accomplished by fore shadowing the target and/or diverted phone calls.  One example of this was my contacting what I rightfully thought was a government agency to get an analysis of a substance that I found on my car.  I was told by the “agency” to send a photograph.  These types of responses are a normal part of a target’s life. This particular response was a form of mimicking my picture taking.  Picture taking is evidence and the eliminate of evidence is part of the structured strategy.   Each of these type of responses are “hits” on a human beings benchmark of normalcy.  Each shock requires rebound.  They are jolts that are literally perpetrated upon all aspects of a target’s life.   Thus the need and value to the criminals to isolate the target.  This also feeds the “Smear Campaign” creating a false perception of the target and continuing the identity assault.

Direct Energy Weapons are just part of the assault that I have experienced.  I have literally lost track of time and this may be attributable to the need for “disassociation” that has been caused by the constant trauma and shock.  I literally mean constant.  It is a methodical and insidious strategy to destroy another persons life.  The people involved are not good citizens. Like members of the KKK “they wear an appropriate mask by day” and another face at night.  They include rouge members of many fractions of our society. 

This crime supports corruption, abuse of power, hindering prosecution - AND THAT IS A FACT.  It is also used for vengeance and to create  a “hate crime”.  Articles indicate that there are “gangs” for hire and also include members of Fire Departments, Law Enforcement, Community Watch Groups and even medical personnel.  (I will recount my experience at the local hospital and vet’s office in the time line.)   Recruitment of participants is adjusted using “Smear” or conversely as having a benefit to the target.  Benefit via severe emotional abuse?  Put your thinking cap on people!  Targets experience gross human rights, civil liberty and Constitutional Rights Violations.  There is NO RULE OF LAW IN THIS STRATEGY and there is NO CRIME except those being inflicted on the target.  It is an attack on the Rule of Law and a disgrace to the character and integrity of true Law Enforcement.  It is mobocracy, chaos, anarchy.  It is terrorism.  It is happening to 1,000s of “law abiding” citizens of OUR COUNTRY. 

Is this what we want for the future of America, ourselves and those we care about?

A few weeks ago he was gone for a least 15 hours (4/2/10).  He has always been timely about his evening stroll.  In the past, before the invasion of the “dark side”.   I have referred to where we live as Cat Heaven.  Hey, he is Cat God and wrote the Cat-a-cism -- really!!??  He’s almost 12 -- his sister was 19 -- yes, 19.  He is a great friend.  In the beginning of this insidious invasion  he and I were targeted by physical and psychological assaults.  Two of my neighbors who live behind me did something to cause him to “scream” out, another neighbor with two dogs stated that if his gray dog caught my cat it would kill him.  Following this statement they released their dog(s) on two occasions.  Another neighbor with a large black lab, unleashed, charged at Marcus.  On other occasions I felt he was being held, he returned with a bushed out tail and avoided travel in many areas of the community  -- no longer “cat heaven” but what I know refer to as hell’s hell. 
 
I had actually started to let him out at 4:00 AM and waited for his return.  I did not want to confine him to prison.  I was already so imprisoned and disabled by this terrorism.  He’s normally a very happy cat.  

This evening, the Thursday before Good Friday, he went out around 7 PM and did not return.  This had never previously happened.  I was awake all night and went outside frequently anticipating his return.  He did not return until 10:00 AM the next morning.  Prior to his return, the usual cast of anchors were brought into my space/vision outside my home.  Their participation and/or affiliation to the perpetrators in his abduction and this crime is obvious only in  retrospect.  Their insanity is clearly demonstrated in my time line.  Most people will literally be sickened by the full account of this terrorism.

I saw him coming from the back area of one of the original criminal’s homes.  I knew he did not originate from there, although this appeared to be  orchestrated in from that direction.  The key in this hideous strategy is “fore shadowing” and via constant assaults is intended to drive an innocent person insane or cause them to commit a criminal act.  There was/is collusion with this neighbor and perhaps others in the Village of Dobbs Ferry and members of “Law” enforcement.  This was about “the good old boys/gals” and numerous breaches in the By-Laws that govern my community.  This was about usurping the rights of the homeowners  It was a result of their anticipation that I was going to blow the whistle.  This was not true at that time.  It is obviously fully true now.  In addition, I have become a whistle blower and on the crime of "gang stalking/organized harassment". Full details will be provided.

Marcus was walking in a manner that initially appeared to me as injury.  Given my state of severe emotional distress, I can see this clearly only in retrospect.  I ran upstairs to get his carrying bag and this took approximately 1 minute.  I did not want to lift him twice.  When I came back to him, he had traveled to the front corner of our home.  Th distance was approximately 40 or 50 feet.  I put him in the bag -- he did not hiss at me --  his norm when injured.  I took him to a local vet in Ardsley.  

Initially, I was told that he had been injured by a dog (a preexisting derogatory theme which I will explain fully in the time line.)  This made no sense since the area is heavily wooded and there are infinite other protections available.  In addition, this attribution did not explain his 15 hour absence.  When I returned to the vet's office I was told that it may have been a fence or a similar sharp object.  This explanation was also highly unlikely.  It did not explain his ability to walk.  It did not explain the duration of his absence.  It was an assault, by criminals, on me using an innocent animal.  It was also a another attempt at intimidation.  Timing of this assault to Easter was meant to exasperate the psychological distress.  Many other assaults have been linked to what are considered triggers for increased emotional displacement (holidays and personal anniversary dates).

My first and subsequent visits to the vet included perpetrators, which I now refer to as perverts.  Partial payment was required.  The bank declined the money market fund check that I submitted for approximately $500.00.  There was no lack of funds.  My phone service with Verizon had been out for one week already.  I had reported this outage on two occasions to several Verizon personnel.  One repair man just happened to be across the street from my home when I discovered the outage.  The others (2) just happened to be working next door the following day.  Verizon had no record of the outage. After a consult on Marcus’ condition I returned home and returned several hours later.  He was kept overnight. 

On Saturday I returned to be greeted by more orchestrations, psychological harassment included "directed communications" and "street theater"  by members of the “Dodo squad”.  I took him home.  The bill indicated “minor injuries”.  Its total was in excess of $1,130.00.  I believe these injuries and absence were inflicted upon him.  CAN YOU IMAGINE THIS.  (If you are a normal/healthy person you can NOT.)  I administered the “pain medication” that was provided.  I literally saw the whites of his eyes.  This medication produced the effects of a strong sedative for his "minor injuries".  

As of this date, I have not returned to get clarification on the bill.  I also had a similar experience with my car and brakes and minor service costing in excess of $2,000.  This is a form of black balling one of many forms that I have experienced.

It is interesting to note, there was no blood on the lambs wool of his carrying case?  The vet took a blood sample prior to administering any other medications.  I asked that the sample be checked for the presence of a sedative.  I strongly suspect that he had been sedated.    I believe the sedation and not the injury was the cause of what I had initially perceived to have been injury.  I believe the procedure inflicted upon him caused more discomfort than actual injury.  This is evident by subsequent photographs I have taken.  One foot had actually been bandaged.  Upon removal of the bandage there was absolutely no sign of injury, just a shaved area to his foot. 

I have reached both a point where maggots are a natural part of the food in my life and a understanding of tactics that are employed by these criminals.

My Response:
You say YOU HAVE YOUR OWN LIFE AND THIS ORGANIZATION RESPECTS THAT.  But do you respect the lives of the people who are being stalked?  Ask your self that?  Do you respect their privacy, their right of "innocent until proven guilty" or the "concept of rule of law".  You indicate that you're 13 -- it might be time to learn to think for yourself?  And, then again maybe not. I do not know what group you belong too, but it saddens me that they "use" and in essence exploit children.  This is not law enforcement child - it is harassment that you are learning.
