My upper ribs were severely bruised – this was after the case with my Flip Video recorder, containing the original of the facial deformity, a tape recorder (with more evidence) and one of my two (useless) cell phones were stolen. The theft of this and other evidence has been reported to the FBI. There was attempted removal of the facial deformity video from my home Mac. I have been using the limited computer resources of local libraries for over one year or, obviously, I would scan and post the still photo of the severe bruising of my ribs to this web site.
My ribs have been the location of one of the many types of assaults and most painful of the covert weaponry. These assaults are inflicted both inside my home and in and during my limited travels. Intermittent breathing difficulties has been the most prevalent assault.The severe bruising took place over a period of time.
Rib assaults took place during my attempts to retain legal assistance on May 31, 2011. This day I took a cab into NYC. I carried my heavy bag of evidence, Wilson, and my body, which has gained the disability of 100 extra lbs. I never had a weight problem. Glandular manipulation was common - I even had a goiter in 2007, not seen on the U-tube, 2010. This 2Xs morbid obesity is a disability in and of itself. The causes of the morbid obesity are multiple including but not limited to community mobbing, sensitizing process and other applications of covert weapons. Falsified Police Reports (2007 - ) - has Westchester county always facilitated this covert crime network? Around 2007, I filed over 32 police reports and/or blotter entries with the Dobbs Ferry Police Department & Greenburgh. (I'm being hit on my right side as I type this at the Greenburgh Library on October 14, 2011 it is 4:49 PM - surveillance video is noted on the front door of this library). I called in numerous "blotter entries" and wrote several letters to the Dobbs Ferry Chief of Police. This was the "mobbing/stalking/police harassment phase of the assault". I received no response -- there was no investigation of the criminal activity. Questions were responded to with left fielders. My requests to press charges for criminal trespass were ignored, there was failure to respond and what I had then referred to as discrepancies in my letter to the Chief of Police, is now refer to as falsified police reports. Most of this took place in 2007 and involved immediate neighbors. FOIL or FOIA requests received no response (local, county or state). Page two linked above will present MY STORY.
Complaints were made to the DA, State Attorney General and later to the FBI in White Plains, New York. The State Attorney General's office (Andrew Cuomo) instructed that I should continue (?) to cooperate with local law enforcement. The County DA's office stated that the way I saw this "no crime had been committed". I am working at local libraries, instead of prison (was once my HOME) of 34 years. The movies I found in 2011 presented insight into experiences that link to my situation. In 2008, I found infinite online testimony and presentations of strategy regarding mobbing, psychological harassment, bullying, community mobbing and other headings. Testimony's regarding covert weapons were presented. I could not focus on on these weapons of entertain the idea that I was a victim of this assault -- even today, after many years, I brush it aside. Targets do not know the source of these physical abnormalities. I read about cell phone towers, microwaves being deployed by devices that look like cement mixers, horns that emitted electro magnetic assaults. Nothing about this was in my realm of experiences. Satellite surveillance meant the weather. My Boxter is not (?) equipped with On-Star which was somewhat of a light bulb moment and might have explained the frequent "ghosting strategy" of entry to my car.
My car, like most of my life, was put through a sensitizing process -- negative experiences attached to a variety of daily and normal activities followed the methodical process. The phone was one of the first such objects and was intended to create displacements (2006) The sensitizing process continues today (1/12/12). It's recognition was helpful, but it's continuation inhibits my rebound. Normal rule of law requires that a victim be immediately removed from the source(s) of trauma. I had reported my life a being threatened.

When did this start? After my mother passed, I simply thought it was her saying hello. After some time with this other source of abnormality, I thought she might have unresolved anger issues. At some point I had a light bulb moment and realized it wasn't her. But, what else could it be? (1/12/12 - one example is last weeks electricity harassment -- outlets work -- outlets don't work -- circuit breakers tripped, circuit breakers not tripped. My library attention span has been depleted. Use of children is present at the Ardsley library 6:00 PM - children were directed into my space to disgruntle me while I was attempting to get work done. Several incidents which took place at the Dobbs Ferry Library and in the immediate area of my home are more than extremely disturbing. These children are engaged in felony activity by abusive parents engaged in the crime of organized harassment. Conversely, given another "normal" target's induced and consciously unknown triggers may have been subjected to danger thus child exploitation. The themes of "delay / provoke / black balling" included the Dobbs Ferry Hospital where I was deliberately and intentionally harassed. When this situation was presented as being investigated, the "left fielder" involved another ridiculous response -- that a police officer was not driving the ambulance. This was meaningless and had no relevance to anything. Left fielders were in fact simply a part of the strategy and included IDENTITY THEFT in 2005 or 2006 -- when a neighbor put my name in a New York Times Advertisement and in response to my questioning stated "it would be okay in Romania". This is an extremely lengthy strategy that assaults an individual in a step by step, planned and organized fashion. My requests to press charges were actually denied, using "left fielders".
II went through the normal channels of contacting the County, State and F B I until November of 2010.

The FBI - Bloomingdale Road - White Plains, NY
My first encounter with the FBI was in late 2009. I met with two agents in the hallway outside the FBI office. I saw a surviellance camera. Two agents came from the back. I stated I needed help. Mental Illness ONCE AGAIN WAS MENTIONED --- AND IS A METHODICAL PART OF THE STRATEGY. I was asked if I knew Andrew Cuomo (what's this crap). I AM NOT THE CRIMINAL. they work for us --- oops maybe that's changed? Agent P did invite be to come in --- at this time, I had virtually no ability to speak to the situation. I had actually gone there for phase one - support as in Victim Assistance. I may have actually called this in 2008. I did followup with a telephone call (s) -- the first time I was connected to "employment" (?) and the next attempt I left a voice mail with Agent P. I did not receive a response.

INVISIBILITY / SILENT HOLOCAUST
(12/15/11) Every effort was made to disrupt, block my activities when I have ventured from my home and attempted to obtain help. My activities are limited and assault continues. For two years I was virtually confined to my prison. In Oct / Nov or 2010 -- I was falling off the edge. I pulled myself up from my boot straps. I have not been able to write to this period of time let alone speak to it.
At my "prison" trespass continues, many of the original criminals have returned to my space.
On December 6th (?), a Sunday if this date if correct I was visited by a local police officer. He came to inquire about my well being and asked if I was suicidal or wanted to kill someone. Am I on medication? This has recently been repeated. I am not! A miracle. A perfectly normal question - NOT. The reference to "mental illness and/or threat" started in 2006 and IS PART OF THIS METHODICAL STRATEGY. It included the Westchester County DA's Office and the FBI in White Plains among others. It was an integral part of the initial foundational strategy and is presented in the methodology. (Edison Light House may have presented a song about me "Love goes where my Rosemary goes".) For this target, the difficulty is with ignorance of technology and clarity of thought because of the constant battering and infliction of criminal activity on targets of this crime.
GPS, Stalking, Harassment in addition, other defined methods, are and have been included in this organized crime network – one can not get any simpler than this definition. Who does this crimine network work for? Your own research will answer this question. I will post articles when I'm able.
My situation appears to have originated with Astoria Federal Savings and Loan at the time of debt restructuring. The MO was presented and I was actually changed for a private investigator by the bank. Since that time, the strategy has been presented at other banks.
MY SISTER'S PLACE -- HOT LINE FOR ABUSED WOMEN
(Input 12/15/11) My efforts to obtain assistance were endless and included the Westchester County Office for Woman (2007 or 2008) and many many other help organizations.
In December of 2010 I contacted the 800 number for MY SISTER'S PLACE. The concept of diverted phone calls had not yet surfaced into my conscience mind. I recently saw a reference to "diverted phone calls" in another target's testimony. I had probably come across this testimony sometime in 2008 or 2009.
I called the 800 number from the Ardsley Library -- my cell phone was obviously working -- I was actually referred to a homeless shelter. The idea of someone with my background even considering this response as feasible is a reflection of the chaos that had been induced. I have done volunteer work and have a significant background in many woman's issues. A homeless shelter is not even slightly rational. It took several months for me to attempt to make this contact again. The second time I called was from the second floor market area of a local supermarket, the woman on the other end of the phone referred me to "family services". I was told Family Services could provide an attorney. I took notes. Again, and only in retrospect, this was lubricious. I own, without a mortgage my own home. My Boxter has been sitting in my driveway for over a year (I probably don't even fit?). I've been renting a car. I expected assistance, as required by law, in removal from my home. I had not digested the concept of satellite surveillance. There is no other way these weapons could be deployed.
Please help get this out to other abuse shelters.
WE THE PEOPLE - POLITICS
During the State of the Union Address I noticed that Obama asked Congress, etc. to sit intermingled -- WOW - Republicans mixed with Democrats. This can be considered as a team building exercise. My alliance is to the issues, not a party. In many elections during the past 40 years I did not vote. They were simply not attractive choices. The Tea Party has rallied around "no more politics as usual". They have reintroduced the "ordinary citizen" into the political arena.
In feedback surveys used to assess job satisfaction the most common job related complaint -- dis-satisfyer was most often politics. A common participant statement was "I like my work, the pay is good, but I hate the politics". Define politics.

Ordered - Structured - step-by-step direction toward NO MORE POLITICS. Who would not support an orderly process of change? True Democracy? Only those that seek for power and not to empower. In this day of high technology such as telephones and internet --- this is doable!

MARCUS, THE CAT
We once called our space "Cat Heaven".
My original web site was produced some time around 2008. It had photos of my friend Marcus which included his going up and down the slide in our play area. He was adopted when I was doing volunteer work in child abuse -- oops -- prevention. Marcus, The Cat, walked into the kitchen from the back porch of this home. He was emaciated, carried a full complement of fleas and ear mites. What he had and has is a purposeful walk and the spirit of a lion. In no time he flourished. My original web site had pictures of Marcus, just a couple of weeks later. Look as his tummy on his stick body.
The picture on U-tube represents his kidnapping and the infliction of injury. It took place on an "anniversary date". This has been constantly connected to severe abuses. This of dates which generally carry additional emotional sensitivities for most people. This was Good Friday into Saturday. It was connected to a prolonged Verizon phone outage and insufficient funds messages connected to my TrustCo Money Market account. My cellphone was out of days. Marcus was gone for about 15 hours -- never before -- his return was connected to a neighbor who had a history of harassments toward me in the immediate vicinity of my home and on my private property. These connections have been standard and includes the covert weapons assault. The Vet's office appeared to have been occupied by members of this crime syndicate. I was asked to pay the full amount for the procedure, there was a sign indicating otherwise (MO of a scum ball - the bill indicating minor injuries was in excess of $1,200. Marcus was kept overnight? There is more. It is important to note that I asked that a blood test checking for sedatives be taken. Marcus traveled with me to Colorado and on these trips was sedated for his jet travels. His walk resembled that exactly that of being sedated
Again, Marcus was gone for 15 hours. On Saturday morning he traversed the distance from my rear yard to the front of my home (about 25 yards) in the time it took me to run upstairs to grab him bag. Nothing could have delayed him - certainly not his injuries.
The vet first indicated it was a dog (yeah, right) and later a fence (yeah, right) -- both were directed communications. This will be easily understood within the construct of the whole.
