My upper ribs were severely bruised – this was after the case with my Flip Video recorder, containing the original of the facial deformity, a tape recorder (with more evidence) and one of my two (useless) cell phones were stolen. The theft of this and other evidence has been reported to the FBI. There was attempted removal of the facial deformity video from my home Mac. I have been using the limited computer resources of local libraries for over one year or, obviously, I would scan and post the still photo of the severe bruising of my ribs.
It should be noted that the bag containing my evidence is called Wilson,
this bag is clearly marked WILSON - THE EVIDENCE BAG. It was stolen !@!

The causes of the morbid obesity are multiple including but not limited to community mobbing, sensitizing process and other applications of covert weapons. (As had been my LIFE, I couldn't even go for a walk - I have pictures.) Walking, free weights and dance were a regular part of MY LIFE. Idiots in the immediate community were involved in same time entry / exit. This occurred in entry / exit of retail stores often accompanied by the sounding of the alarm. Cell phones, gestures and verbal directed communications were present. The directed communications generally presented activities I was engaged in or statement I made inside my home. This, of course, is to continuously present and reinforce the severe violations of criminal surveillance.
The documentary, Taxi to the Darkside, found in 2011, presented a part of the methodology that was utilized in conjunction with covert weapons. The techniques were different, the expected result was not.
May 31, 2011, NYC - I was struck 3 times to my upper ribs at the library on 5th and in front of the building housing a top law firm on Third Avenue. Part of the pattern has including not being able to get past the security guard(s). This, of course is ludicrous. At the lobby of the building housing the ACLU, I could not get past that buildings security guards. At the building housing one of the top three law firms, again I could not get past the building's security guards. Not even to set up an appointment. The woman I was connected to at the security desk, on their phone instructed me to contact "records". This was a mimic of the stamp on the Return Receipt Requested I received acknowledging the receipt of a certified letter I had sent to the State Attorney General's Office ( Andrew Cuomo at that time).
Isolation, as intended, eliminates the availability of witnesses and support. Links to the structured methodology, describing the inside workings of one of these organized crime syndicates (PICO) and other pertinent information were removed from my site. Web sites were unavailable, including Ft. Monmouth Army Base in New Jersey. (See Whistle Blower's Collation, Government Surveillance / Criminal, 911 Truth, No Fly List, Terrorist Watch List (who are the terrorists), Do Not Assist List and Who's The Rat? How did this happen?
The ACLU (American Civil Liberties Union) alerted members of full body scanners being added to airport security. This alert to members came approximately two months prior to the "underpants bomber" made his debut. One couple who witnessed this "act of terrorism" called this an orchestration. The FBI interviewed this couple. I had a link to the newspaper interview on my original web site, gone - can you imagine that?

(Over 40 of my X-friends (friends at the time 2006 - 2008) and friends were included in the questioning/interrogation/evaluation component of the strategy. Some were simply foreshadowed. Many Facebook friends may have experienced identity theft.) This does not include neighbors & other persons actively engaged in the activities of Community Mobbing /Psychological Harassment / Organized Harassment directly connected to the Organized Crime Syndicate. I filed complaints with the local police departments (over 40), Westchester County DA, State Attorney General and later to the FBI in White Plains, New York. The State Attorney General's office (Andrew Cuomo) instructed that I should continue (?) to cooperate with local law enforcement. The County DA's office stated that the way I saw this "no crime had been committed". One of my letters to the State and County stated that "I do not choose to participate in my own emotional abuse" This was an understatement. My letters referenced the availability of my time line, referenced pertinent information on THIS CRIME AND OTHER links. WHY WAS THIS NOT INVESTIGATED.
I am working at local libraries.. My HOME resources include my Mac, printer & scanner, not available or there would be more letters -- especially those received from the Social Security Administration in Yonkers, NY. I do not live in Yonkers. This is another black balling of benefits directly connected to a government agency. I have never heard of anyone being denied their Social Security benefits --- but most Americans do not know about this ORGANIZED CRIME SYNDICATE. I DID NOT.
April 2, 2012 - Harassment continues - trespass to private property, criminal surveillance, covert assaults (left side hit) including today at approximately 3:00 PM, computer tampering (unable to access my email from the Eastchester Library, name password as my web site), unable to view the entire 2012 State of the Union Address (Ardsley Library, stops at approximately 28 minutes again and again), my one and only TV station 10/55 is now being blocked. Holly Molley - can you imagine living this way? I received a Con Edison for $1,400 (my usual monthly bill averages approximately $75.00 per month. Like Verizon, Con Edison employees participated in the harassment / stalking. Meter tampering has previously been reported to the FBI / Washington. The registration renewal for my Boxter is super weird, this is "from NY State Department of Motor Vehicles" (like my license photo) requiring payment to be made to Emissions. My experience has made checks payable to the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles.
My many photo albums depict a wonderful / full life - I have pictures, those I have not put on DVD only about 2,000. My garden was magnificent. My home light filled like my eyes, I am design / art arrogant, enjoyed entertainment, cooking, gardening, philosophy, photography (FOR FUN!), being a backyard bird / wildlife watcher/photographer, travel, fitness, learning, etc., etc., etc., etc.................. I do not discuss where I am today. Before finding the movies I wrote to Washington that "someone" was attempting to create a monster, I did not recognize myself as a walked pass a full length mirror and thought the chairs shrunk at a fast food restaurant. Simply detached from my body -- oh, right, I forgot, I'm cloning --- soon I'll have the "perfect friend". (Message to X-friends only!)
The movies I found in 2011 presented insight into experiences that link to my situation. In 2008, I found infinite online testimony and presentations of strategy regarding mobbing, psychological harassment, bullying, community mobbing and other headings. Testimony regarding covert weapons were presented. I could not focus on these weapons or entertain the idea that I was a victim of this assault -- even today, after many years, I brush it aside. At my original web site, I had a link to the Psychological Harassment Information Association. Going back at a later date, I found this site and the information presented was either "spoofed or altered". Many other sites I visited or linked were so altered or unavailable. My own domain has experienced blocking, tampering and other computer harassment. I replaced three (3) DSL modems (one sparked?) and the "Burn Function" on my MAC was disabled.
Targets do not know the source of these physical or electronic assaults. For me the assaults take the form of extreme physical abnormalities. On line, I read about cell phone towers exuding "whatever", microwaves being deployed by devices that look like cement mixers, car horns that emitted electro magnetic assaults. Nothing about this was in my realm of experiences. Satellite surveillance meant the weather. My Boxter is not (?) equipped with On-Star, a commercial, which was somewhat of a light bulb moment and might have explained the frequent "ghosting strategy" entry to my car. Nothing made sense, but at the same time my personal and professional interests were / are not techno.
My car, like most of my life, was put through a sensitizing process -- negative experiences attached to a variety of daily and ONCE normal activities followed the methodical process. The phone was one of the first such objects and was intended to create displacements (2006) The sensitizing process continues today (2/7/12). It's recognition was helpful, but it's continuation inhibits my rebound. As I sit at one of the local libraries I see idiots using various gestures or other aspects of the methodical strategy incorporating them in the organized crime syndicate. Touching one's nose is everyday, commonplace. Commonplace is selected by design. Within the spectrum of a experiment one might find the occurrence of this gesture to be extremely abnormal in a target's presence. It is "mobbing" - it is gang assault - it is organized and it is criminal activity. The idea that children and teens have participated is incomprehensible to rational people.
Rule of law requires that a victim be immediately removed from the source(s) of trauma. I had reported my life as being threatened. McCarthyism-- Was a cry heard in the 1950's -- Commies - commies were everywhere. McCarthyism is a blatant example of another America's atrocity assaulting Americans. This travesty to our ideology - rule of law hit hard on the entertainment industry. Even in the 60s entertainers reflected the "Voice of the People" and the American Ideology. Many AMERICAN CITIZENS were black listed, their families and friends were infiltrated, coerced, etc., etc. These Americans -- referred to as commies -- were kept from earning a living and so were others who came to their aid. This same sick methodology, presenting anarchy was also prevalent in areas of the South. Here law enforcement worked for the "good old boys" (corruption) and not the people who employed them. What I have witnessed in Westchester County is a true travesty to our Justice System. I have lived in Westchester all my life - 62 years and in Dobbs Ferry previously referred to as my home, for 34 years. Most people are not aware of this insanity since it is barely visible to any individual onlooker, not so with surveillance video. Five years ago I was blissfully ignorant even though many aspects of this strategy were evident. The strategy itself was the unknown. Seemingly everyday circumstance is mentioned, but it's not. The articles I did find, around 2008 presented this step by step torture matrix. I separated my experience from ME and MY JOURNALS. I've been a backyard bird watcher / photographer for over 30 years. Abnormal activity and later absence of racoons, skunks, deer, mole. Even observed an extremely well groomed young coyote. Fish died in the community's pond -- but the bull frogs still "chirped" at least for a few days - a decapitated deer found on community property (?).

I've been a backyard bird watcher / photographer for over 30 years. Abnormal activity and later absence of racoons, skunks, deer, mole. Even observed an extremely well groomed young coyote. Fish died in the community's pond -- but the bull frogs still "chirped" at least for a few days - a decapitated deer found on community property (?).

When did this start? After my mother passed, I simply thought it was her saying hello. After some time with this and other experiences of abnormality, I thought she might have unresolved anger issues. At some point I had a light bulb moment and realized it wasn't her. But, what else could it be?
(1/12/12 - one example is last weeks electricity harassment -- outlets work -- outlets don't work -- circuit breakers tripped, circuit breakers not tripped and outlets don't work. The electronic harassment has been extensive. It may have started as early as 2001.
Electronic harassment has included oil burner shut offs, my car windows, light bulbs, TV shut off, computer log off at home, and libraries, appliances working intermittently (yes / no) and much more.
I gave up on the idea of my mother and called Ghost Busters -- they never heard of such a ghost and directed me to the Dobbs Ferry Police Department.

The harassment was being delivered by multiple participants. There are falsified police reports and failure to respond with the justification being that I lived in a Co-op. This is the type of "left field responses" that were being delivered that were not limited to police. I do not live in a Co-op and even if one did live in a Co-op or was homeless failure to respond would not be anything less than a criminal act. The theme of "mental illness" does not justify a FAILURE TO INVESTIGATE.
The themes of "delay / provoke / black balling" included the Chase Manhattan Bank, Dobbs Ferry Hospital where I was deliberately and intentionally harassed. When this situation was presented as being investigated, the "left fielder" involved another ridiculous response -- that a police officer was not driving the ambulance. This was meaningless and had no relevance to anything. Left fielders were in fact simply a part of the strategy and included IDENTITY THEFT in 2005 or 2006 -- when a neighbor put my name in a New York Times Advertisement and in response to my questioning stated "it would be okay in Romania". This is an extremely lengthy strategy that assaults an individual in a step by step, planned and organized fashion. What did lack of Accountability in Watergate cost every American in terms of quality of life, in allowing a blatant two tier justice system. The FBI - Bloomingdale Road - White Plains, NY
My first encounter with the FBI was in late 2009. I met with two agents in the hallway outside the FBI offices. I saw a surveillance camera in front of the main door. Two agents came from the back. I stated I needed help. Mental Illness ONCE AGAIN WAS MENTIONED --- AND IS A METHODICAL PART OF THE STRATEGY. I was asked if I knew Andrew Cuomo (what's this crap). Agent P did invite be to come in --- at this time, I had virtually no ability to speak to the situation. I had actually gone there for phase one - support as in Victim Assistance. I may have actually called the DOJ's Washington office in 2008. I did followup calling Agent P some time later -- the first time I was connected to "employment" (?) and the next attempt I left a voice mail. I did not receive a response. On October 25, 2010 I woke up abruptly, approximately 4:00 AM, to a wide band of diffused light coming into my bedroom window directly to the left of where I slept. The light would not have awoken me. 4:00 AM wakening combined with various abnormal activities were common place. The light came from the woodlands bordering my home. I went to that window. I saw no one. It did trigger the other visible direct energy experience I had that February which was combined with the facial deformity. The visible DEW did not touch me.
I wrote a letter which I delivered to Dobbs Ferry, reporting yet another form of harassment. The Village Administrator refused acceptance. I left a copy with him and brought one to the police department. I mailed Certified letters to the Office of the District Attorney, Janet DiFiore, State Attorney General, Andrew Cuomo, Village Administrator Ardsley and the U.S. Attorney General. I reported the incident and requested full disclosures regarding Criminal Surveillance. FOIL or FOIA is not an option.
I received a written response from the Office of the District Attorney, Brian Conway, ADA. This letter delegated the Dobbs Ferry Police Department and stated........"no further action would be taken by this (DA) office at this time. I received NO RESPONSE FROM DOBBS FERRY OR ANY OF THE OTHER NAMED RECIPIENTS.

I went to the FBI office at 222 Bloomingdale Road in White Plains, New York.

(I had actually sent Carbone photos of trespass / ghosting that took place on my private property) I stated that my life was being threatened. I was asked by who. I indicated numerous perpetrators. I was asked if I was married. (I really thought this was a job better suited to law enforcement). I asked if they had received the "dissertation" I had sent to the DOJ in Washington (August). I was told they had not. I offered the agents a copy of the October 26, 2010 letter. This was declined.
I left and went downstairs to the parking garage and returned. I requested Victim Assistance and was handed a pamphlet. I left.
The symptoms inside my home increased with induced equalibrum attached to a specific sound. (The sensitization process is like Pavlov's dog -- using consistently negative and cumulative attachments.) I actually left the interior of my home and this seemed to diminish the symptoms. In retro, my physical location is meaningless.

On July 19, 2011 at the Greenburgh Library I filed for Social Security benefits online. I received a confirmation. It was approximately 7:30 PM. As I was leaving the library, near the exit doors, a woman's voice stated my date of birth out loud as I was exiting the building. (This could be referred to a type of Directed Communication.)
On or about July 20, 2011 I received a response from the Social Security Administration Application Development -- it was generated from the Yonkers, NY office. I live in the Town of Greenburgh, Village of Dobbs Ferry. Attached to the letter, referencing a Ms. Cirino, was a partial statement of my earnings record (1965 - 1998). There was another letter from a Ms. Sobel - titled "second request".
For many years, I have received a annual Social Security Benefits Statement. This statement presents cumulative benefit information with estimated payments based on contributions made. THESE ANNUAL STATEMENTS ARE GENERATED BY THE SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION BASED ON PAYMENTS MADE TO MY ACCOUNT! The Information I received on these benefit statements, mailed to my home, was accurate. Again, generated by Social Security. One might wonder, how it could be that Social Security does not have this information?
I responded according to the situation writing two letters. February 15, 2012 I have not received a social security check. There was a statement concerning disability which was withdrawn by me since some information may be required for disclosures and it's partially a result of obstruction and criminal activity.
Today, February 15, 2012 approximately 4:15, sitting at the Ardsley Library I'm being assaulted on my left side. These assaults have not been discontinued. There is blackening around my eyes from last night's assaults.

TRESPASS / BLOCKING MY CAR - MOBBING AT MY HOME
There were frequent home entries -- at least two while I was asleep (One was reported to the police which involved scratching of my digital camera memory card - evidence.) See The Rabbit Home entry most often took the same format as trespass - ghosting - chairs moved about -- a DVD cover missing -- my CD jewel cases with my art --- I found the six for those in My Boxter missing. I have not done much to check out what else might be gone, including journals.
The Rabbit -- Marcus, The Cat brought home a young rabbit. I was keeping it for 24 hours, after cleaning it's minor injuries before releasing it to the thicket area nearby. I put the rabbit in my downstairs powder room. During the night / morning I heard a scream. I ran downstairs and found the rabbit in Marcus' mouth. The rabbit's neck was broken. The broken neck is not a cat's MO. The powder room door, which sticks and makes lots of noise, was still closed. There was no way this rabbit could have fit under the door -- I installed a no key bolt lock to the interior. I had already installed a padlock to the exterior -- my home was still entered. Written 2/ 17/12 -- there was another home entry, as I sleep a couple of months ago. This involved the disconnect of an extension cord in my entry foyer.
(Articles / electronic harassment normal home alarm systems are useless.) I live in a virtually no crime area. When I went walking I generally left my front door unlocked. My back slider gave Marcus free indoor / outdoor access (and once even a raccoon).

She asked me to pay for the ad. I declined. I went back to make an adjustment and found my name and telephone number listed as the seller. I had put her name and phone number in that section. I confronted her on this action and she stated "It would be okay in Romania". What's this? A left fielder? Left fielders were part of the operative MO.
Ava later followed the Dodo Squad foundation with their meaningless chirping of "everyone thinks your crazy".

I had attended a social gathering at Margaret's home. At this gathering with no cause, she stated in a loud voice that I wasn't going to hit her? At the time, I didn't think much of it. It turned out to be foreshadowing - another significant part of the psychological harassment. On another date, after dinner out, I was driving and Margaret grabbed my steering wheel twice. What the hell are you doing. YOU SEE SHE DIDN'T WANT ME TO MISS THE TURN. Holly Mollee, I know how to make U turns.
Anita --- "everyone thinks you crazy even Paula". On this same day, by proxy, a worker had attempted to put a pole ON MY PROPERTY on my side of my split rail fence. This same day she threatened to "kick my ass".

Uncle Fester just wanted to see about building a deck. I stated I had no intention of inconveniencing myself to convenience him (who the hell are you?) He stated is it because "I'm Asian". One of the themes (subterfuge) starting before his move in. I sent letters to him concerning other abuses by proxy (friends, family, dogs, contractors).

I believe connected to this strategy is my mother's situation in Mamaroneck, NY. She was 82 (2002/2003) and had been diagnosed with a second cancer. She had complained to me about tenant harassment, blocking of her driveway and the constant appearance of dog waste on her property. She signed a contract for the sale of her home. I questioned the relator about the price which seemed, even without homework, low. She stated that she could get $80,000 more but that my mother didn't want it. I asked my mother and this was correct - duress? My mother's attorney was married to the buyer's attorney. The first closing was cancelled after our arrival. At the second closing another attorney represented by mother. My mom came to live with me for 3 of the last 6 months of her life. Was there surveillance of my home at this time too? I think yes. Around 2002, I experienced abnormal swelling to one of my hands. I was treated at the Dobbs Ferry Emergency Room, cause was unknown.

Date of Police Incident Report 5/24/07 - At the DF Police Department - again -- and again, I filed over 30 reports regarding harassment /trespass / blocking of my car, etc. As appeared to be the pattern, like Josh Levin, Director of Human Rights, Westchester County (with Levin I stated right of easement) and others, I was asked by the officer, what I thought it ( the harassment) was about. (The lipstick I wore????) I stated "Breaches in the By-Laws" On or about 12/22/08 I requested and received copies of reports. Yesterday, Sunday, February 5, 2012 I did a quick review. The review included a quick look at the two letters I had Sent to the Dobbs Ferry Chief of Police. This report contained additional perpetrators augmenting the previously filed reports. Some time after this, a letter went out from the attorney for the HOMEOWNERS stating the untrue was true (look it up). He had initials. The information or opinion presented was erroneous. (Save for disclosures.)

She had a male passenger and a kid in the back seat. I wouldn't entrust this woman to my pet flea that was dead. My 83 year old mother was a passenger in my car.
This tailgating behavior was mimicked, in the same location, by what appeared to be an Ardsley police officer driving a SUV. He was so close I couldn't even see it was a police vehicle. This person made a left and I went straight to Dobbs Ferry.

MY SISTER'S PLACE -- HOT LINE FOR ABUSED WOMEN
(Input 12/15/11) My efforts to obtain assistance were endless and included the Westchester County Office for Woman (2007 or 2008) and many many other help organizations.
In December of 2010 I contacted the 800 number for MY SISTER'S PLACE. The concept of diverted phone calls had not yet surfaced into my conscience mind. I recently saw a reference to "diverted phone calls" in another target's testimony. I had probably come across this testimony sometime in 2008 or 2009.
I called the 800 number from the Ardsley Library -- my cell phone was obviously working -- I was actually referred to a homeless shelter. The idea of someone with my background even considering this response as feasible is a reflection of the chaos that had been induced. I have done volunteer work and have a significant background in many woman's issues. A homeless shelter is not even slightly rational. It took several months for me to attempt to make this contact again. The second time I called was from the second floor market area of a local supermarket, the woman on the other end of the phone referred me to "family services". I was told Family Services could provide an attorney. I took notes. Again, and only in retrospect, this was lubricious. I own, without a mortgage my own home. My Boxter has been sitting in my driveway for over a year (I probably don't even fit?). I've been renting a car. I expected assistance, as required by law, in removal from my home. I had not digested the concept of satellite surveillance. There is no other way these weapons could be deployed.
Please help get this out to other abuse shelters.

The vet first indicated it was a dog (yeah, right) and later a fence (yeah, right) -- both were directed communications. (Only the target can recognize these.) This will be easily understood within the construct of the whole and with an explanation of the sensitizing process.
